Today is a very special day for me, as Andy and I received our Pushchair. After hours of pram pushing and buggy browsing with my mum, I set my heart on the Silver Cross Wave.

I like to think of the Wave as the Rolls Royce of pushchairs, with multiple seating options, the Wave allows for a second baby to travel in comfort. One of the things that was high on my list was a fitting that worked well with a car seat (no one wants to wake a sleeping baby). I found that when you crossed brands with the frame and the car seat, it tended to wobble, but luckily for us, Silver Cross also do a Simplicity Car seat with a matching Wave hood and when in use, its totally wobble free.

Super easy to set-up, I didn't even look at the instructions, the wave features a luxury footmuff for winter and UPF 50+ sun protection parasol for the summer. It also has a matching chic nappy bag that clips neatly onto the handle of the pushchair or works as a backpack. There is also an essential coffee cup holder for coffee fiends like myself.

For the Simplicity car seat, we opted for an isofix to have in the car, which is again super easy to fit. If you're nervous about fiting it yourself, you can always pop along to the store you are purchasing from and they will give you a full demonstration. Its also important to see how the baby should be neatly seated and safely strapped in as, the midwives in hospitals are not permitted to advise on this.

Have a little watch of the unboxing, as I share more tips on why its so great.
